✦ Terms of Service

Any issues with any of the following terms can be discussed with me. If I approve, terms may be changed only prior to the payment process.1. GENERAL TERMS
- By commissioning me, you have read and agree to my terms of service.
- All drawings may include a watermark. You may post the commission with or without the watermark. Crediting me is highly appreciated!
- I might stream/record the drawing process on Twitch/Youtube. If you are uncomfortable with that, you must specify with me.
- Prices are subject to change based on demand and/or my current life situations.
- I have the right to reject any order that I makes me uncomfortable.
- In any case of dispute, after reviewing my terms of service, I will have the final say.
- Give a clear description of your commission request. If you don't clearly state your request after I contact you to resolve the issue, I will disregard your commission inquiry.
- Even if your text description is very detailed, there will be additional costs. Please send images for reference.
- If you are being rude or inappropriate in any way, I have the right to decline your request or give a refund depending on the completion of the work.
- Your slot will be forfeited if there is no response or payment 3 days after being contacted by me.
- If you want the commission to be done earlier, you will have to tell me prior to payment as there will be a cost of at least +20% for any rush commissions.
- NSFW References must be taken from online (ie. Porn, etc.), I will not accept personal nudes as a reference.2. PAYMENT
- Currently, Paypal, Bank transfer (BDO) and GCash are my only modes of payment.
- Paypal payments are USD only.
- Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.
- Only send me the payment after we have discussed about it and I tell you to.
- Major edits such as adding characters or pose changes will add an additional cost depending on difficulty.
- Tips are not necessary, but always appreciated!3.PROCESS
- Revisions will only be available after I show you the sketch. Once I start doing the colouring and lining, changing anything drastic will be an additional cost.
- Reviews will be sent, and you will be able to see the work-in-progress with a watermark.
- The time it takes me to finish your commission varies to the complexity of the commissioned artwork.
- If there are any issues that may slow the progress, I will inform you ASAP.
- Once the piece is complete, you will be receiving the full-resolution image.4. COPYRIGHT
I reserve the rights to all produced drawings to:
- Promote myself
- Use in my portfolio and as examples to others
- Post it on social media, unless agreed otherwise
You, the commissioner, reserves the right to:
- Use the commissioned artwork for personal use
- Claim only the characters as your own, but not the artwork
- Use the artwork to promote yourself5. COMMERCIAL USE
- You must tell me if you will use the artwork for commercial use.
- Some commission types already have the commercial cost. However for the ones that do not specify so, there will be a costs for commercial use that depends on the project. The starting costs will be +50% of the commissioned piece.6. REFUND POLICY
- When I start on your commission, I will notify you. You will then lose the rights to get a refund.
- If you cancel your order before I start it, you can get a full refund.
- If I, for any reason, am unable to start your commission, you will be given a full refund.Any violation with the following rules could cause the artist to rejecting the current and/or future commissions from the same client.
