✦ Terms Of Service

Any issues with any of the following terms can be discussed with me. If I approve, terms may be changed only prior to the payment process.


1. GENERAL TERMS

       1.a By commissioning me, you have read and agree to my terms of service.
       1.b All drawings may include a watermark. You may post the commission with or without the watermark. Crediting me is highly appreciated!
       1.c I might stream/record the drawing process on Twitch/Youtube. If you are uncomfortable with that, you must specify with me.
       1.d I have the right to reject any order that I makes me uncomfortable.
       1.e If you are being rude or inappropriate in any way, I have the right to decline your request or give a refund depending on the completion of the work.
       1.f Your slot will be forfeited if there is no response or payment 3 days after being contacted by me.
       1.g NSFW References must be taken from online (ie. Porn, etc.), I will not accept personal nudes as a reference.
       1.h NSFW poses may be taken from personal photos but must wear undergarments.


2. PAYMENT

       2.a Currently, Paypal, Bank transfer (BDO) and GCash are my only modes of payment.
       2.b Paypal payments are USD only.
       2.c Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.
       2.d Only send me the payment after we have discussed about it and I tell you to.
       2.e Major edits such as adding characters or pose changes will add an additional cost depending on difficulty.
       2.f Tips are not necessary, but always appreciated!


3.PROCESS

       3.a Revisions will only be available after I show you the sketch. Once I start doing the colouring and lining, changing anything drastic will be an additional cost.
       3.b Reviews will be sent, and you will be able to see the work-in-progress with a watermark.
       3.c The time it takes me to finish your commission varies to the complexity of the commissioned artwork.
       3.d If there are any issues that may slow the progress, I will inform you ASAP.
       3.e Once the piece is complete, you will be receiving the full-resolution image.


4. COPYRIGHT

I reserve the rights to all produced drawings to:
       4.a Promote myself
       4.b Use in my portfolio and as examples to others
       4.c Post it on social media, unless agreed otherwise
You, the commissioner, reserves the right to:
       4.d Use the commissioned artwork for personal use
       4.e Claim only the characters as your own, but not the artwork
       4.f Use the artwork to promote yourself


5. COMMERCIAL USE

       5.a You must tell me if you will use the artwork for commercial use.
       5.b Some commission types already have the commercial cost. However for the ones that do not specify so, there will be a costs for commercial use that depends on the project. The starting costs will be +50% of the commissioned piece.


6. REFUND POLICY

       6.a- When I start on your commission, I will notify you. You will then lose the rights to get a refund.
       6.b If you cancel your order before I start it, you can get a full refund.
       6.c If I, for any reason, am unable to start your commission, you will be given a full refund.Any violation with the following rules could cause the artist to rejecting the current and/or future commissions from the same client.
